1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User") and 7j7bd ("Platform", "we", "us") governing your access to and use of all services available at 7j7bd.pro, including betting markets, casino games, promotions, and account tools. By accessing the Platform, registering an account, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in full.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account. 7j7bd reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly.

2Eligibility

Access to 7j7bd is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following criteria. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times when using the Platform.
• You are using the Platform voluntarily for your own personal entertainment and not on behalf of any third party.
• You have not been self-excluded from any gambling platform and no legal restriction prevents you from participating.
• The funds you deposit are your own, derived from legitimate sources, and are not proceeds of any criminal activity.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or close family member of any 7j7bd employee or affiliated game provider.

3Account Registration and Management

To access the full features of 7j7bd you must register a personal account. Registration is free. Each individual may hold only one account at any time; operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

• You must provide accurate, complete and current personal information during registration, including your full legal name and a valid mobile number registered in your own name.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. 7j7bd is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to secure your login details.
• You must notify 7j7bd immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.
• 7j7bd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, or breach of these Terms.

Accounts inactive for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. 7j7bd will make reasonable efforts to contact the account holder before any action is taken. Players may reactivate a dormant account by contacting customer support.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

7j7bd accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through payment methods available to Bangladesh-based players. All transactions are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Payment processing is handled by third-party providers whose own processing times and terms also apply.

• Accepted payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa and Mastercard. Additional methods may be available and will be shown at the time of deposit or withdrawal.
• The minimum deposit is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal is ৳500. Maximum transaction limits apply and are displayed within your account dashboard.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your own name. 7j7bd does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• 7j7bd reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. Required documents may include valid photo identification and proof of ownership of the payment method used.
• Deposits not wagered at least once before a withdrawal request is submitted may be subject to an administration fee of up to 5% to cover payment processing costs.

5Bonuses and Promotions

7j7bd offers various promotional bonuses to registered players including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback and event-specific promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms as well as any specific terms stated at the time the bonus is offered.

• All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) before they may be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement for each bonus will be stated clearly when the bonus is offered.
• Bonuses are credited to eligible accounts only. 7j7bd reserves the right to determine eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, and per payment method. Attempts to claim multiple welcome bonuses through duplicate accounts or shared payment methods constitute bonus abuse.
• Bonuses have expiry dates. If the wagering requirement is not completed within the specified validity period, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• 7j7bd reserves the right to withdraw, amend or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice. In any dispute regarding bonus terms, the decision of 7j7bd is final.

6Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all betting markets on 7j7bd. Sport-specific and game-specific rules are published within the relevant section of the Platform and form part of these Terms by reference.

• Bets are accepted and settled at the odds displayed when the bet is placed. Odds may change before a bet is confirmed. Once confirmed, the agreed odds are binding.
• 7j7bd reserves the right to void bets placed on events where the outcome was known at the time of placing, where price manipulation is evidenced, or where a technical error caused incorrect odds to be displayed.
• In-play bets are subject to the in-play rules published within the relevant sport or market. 7j7bd accepts no liability for bets placed after the relevant event or market has been suspended or settled.
• Winnings from settled bets are credited to your account balance and may be used for further wagering or withdrawn subject to these Terms.

7Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 7j7bd. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law.

• Opening or operating multiple accounts, or using another person's account or identity to register or place bets.
• Exploiting errors, bugs or technical glitches in the Platform to gain an unfair advantage, including betting on events affected by known technical faults.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets, access the Platform, or gain any advantage not available to regular players.
• Engaging in money laundering, match-fixing, chip dumping, or any activity that undermines the integrity of sport or casino games.
• Initiating chargebacks or payment reversals through your bank or payment provider after funds have been deposited and wagered on 7j7bd.

8Responsible Gaming

7j7bd is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help players manage their activity safely. Gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment. If gambling stops being fun and begins to feel like an obligation or financial stress, we encourage you to use the tools available or contact our support team.

• Deposit limits: you may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits on your account at any time. Limits take effect immediately and can only be decreased without a cooling-off period.
• Time-out: you may take a temporary break from gambling by activating a time-out of 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days. During a time-out, your account will not accept deposits or bets.
• Self-exclusion: you may request permanent self-exclusion from 7j7bd at any time by contacting [email protected]. Self-exclusion takes effect within 24 hours of confirmation and cannot be reversed for a minimum of 6 months.
• Reality checks: players may enable session time reminders that display how long they have been playing, helping them maintain awareness of time spent on the Platform.

9Intellectual Property

10Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 7j7bd, its directors, employees, agents and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or any financial loss not directly caused by a proven error on the part of 7j7bd.

7j7bd makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Where statutory consumer rights apply and cannot be excluded by contract, they remain unaffected by this limitation.

11Amendments to These Terms

7j7bd reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the contact details associated with their account or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, your sole remedy is to close your account and cease using the Platform. 12Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to online gaming services in the jurisdiction in which 7j7bd operates.
